Cad, ruffian and brutish ne'er-do-well
The UK is in the midst of a freeze, one not seen for while I can tell you (just ask granny)
It's not that we have really had a massive amount of the white stuff or anything (about 10 inches here) it's just it's cheaper for the UK to grind to a halt for one or two weeks than to prepare for it. Though i think we all would have invested more had we known we were in for a month of trendging through it- I could have done with some snow boots or even male Uggs!
#uksnow was the second most tweeted trend on Twitter with even @number10 getting in on it! All so very exiting for us Brits, until we get snowed in at a hotel with some very strange people or are forced to dig our cars out of a ditch. Yes I endured both.
my point is I picked a bad time to move into a large Victorian townhouse and need to get out and sample some new music soon....roll on the summer!
